1.1 Intended users: The AI chatbot is intended to assist Tibber customers or individuals seeking information about Tibber’s offerings. For inquiries related to legal matters, company-related questions, etc., please ask to be connected to our human support either via the AI chatbot or in e-mail communication at hello@tibber.com.
1.2 Limitation of authority: The AI chatbot is designed for informational and support purposes only. It is not authorized to make legally binding decisions, enter into contracts, or create agreements on behalf of Tibber. Any statements or responses made by the AI chatbot shall not constitute a legally binding offer or agreement.
1.3 Formal requests and legal communications: Formal or legal requests, such as those related to rights under GDPR, legal claims or withdrawal notices, cannot be handled by the AI chatbot. Ask to be connected to a human support representative either via the AI chatbot or in e-mail communication at hello@tibber.com or submit your request through other designated channels we provide and we will help you with these matters. We strongly advise you to make sure you get confirmation from us that we have received and will process these kinds of requests.
1.4 Account-specific inquiries: Inquiries specific to your Tibber account require you to log in to your Tibber account before using the AI chatbot. The AI chatbot can however only help you with a limited set of account matters.

If you are not logged in, logs are linked to your provided email address that we collect for potential follow-up.
