Tibber offers consumers to participate in a consumer competition with the following terms and competitions (the "Competition"). The Competition is organised by Tibber AB, Vattugatan 17, 111 52 Stockholm, reg.no. 559047-8532 ("Tibber"). The Competition is in no way sponsored, administered or in co-operation with a chosen social media channel, such as Facebook or Instagram.

In addition to the Price Competition - Terms and Condition, we refer to Tibber's Information on personal data and our policy on cookies.

The Competition starts on Feb 7, and runs until Feb 14, or until the Competition is terminated by Tibber.

- Tibber needs to process personal data in order to administer the Competition, see our privacy notice that you can find on our website.

- The participant must be 18 years or older and live in one of Tibber’s markets (Norway, Sweden, Germany or the Netherlands) to participate in the Competition. 

- To participate in the Competition, you must accept these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

The responsible party for the Competition is:

The winner is randomly selected by a computerised random generator from all contestants. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

The winner will be informed personally via their social media account direct message. It is not possible to exchange the prize for cash or other compensation. The winner is personally responsible for paying any tax on the winnings arising from the prize.

Employees of Tibber or their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in the Competition. 

Tibber is not responsible for any technical difficulties or problems that may affect either the entry or the final result of the Competition.

Upon suspicion of cheating in any respect, or suspicion that the contestant does not fulfil the conditions for participation in the Competition, Tibber is entitled to disqualify contestants/entries.

Tibber reserves the right to change, terminate or cancel the Competition at any time. The Competition conditions may be changed or updated during the course of the Competition period.
