A little about us

Tibber Store is an online store focusing on smart homes and smart control of energy. The webshop is run by Tibber AB, org. number 559047-8532.

Tibber is the fastest growing service for smart energy in Sweden. The service does two things for your home: it automatically trades renewable electricity to your home and offers smart control of your energy through a range of smart thermostats and smart home platforms.

Tibber Store is available to both our customers of the service and everyone else. Those who use the Tibber service also receive extra discounts if you shop through the Tibber app. Below you will find info about terms, delivery and more!

Delivery terms

We strive to deliver ordered goods as soon as possible. Normally the goods are sent within 3 working days after ordering. All delivery times stated on the pages should be considered as indicative. When time is set in days is meant working days. We reserve the right to deviate from the stated delivery time without further information.

Price changes that occur after you ordered the product will not have any effect less than that the price was incorrect or incorrect price information has been conveyed to Tibber Store from subcontractors.

Tibber Store reserves the right to refuse delivery of all goods on the basis of errors in advertising, price fluctuations and stock situation and to deliver before the stated stated date.

Tibber Store supplies goods only to private individuals in Sweden.

Tibber Store uses Klarna as a payment provider and you can choose between available payment methods that Klarna offers.

Tibber Store can choose to split an order into several items. The goods can be sent with different delivery dates depending on the stock status. This does not affect the shipping cost but the goods can arrive at different times.

Returns

If you regret your purchase, you have the right 14 days right of withdrawal from the time you received a product even if the packaging is open. It is important to keep in mind that the packaging must be broken with the least possible damage. If the product has been damaged or is no longer in complete condition when returning, we have the right to value the value of the goods that have decreased and deduct this amount from the return money.

As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping when you regret the purchase. Before sending the product back to us, you must contact us either via the chat in the app / website or by email. Please attach the delivery note with your return.

Complaint

Before making a claim to Tibber Store, you must contact our support for help with common errors. If we cannot solve the problem, we can refer to the manufacturer's support for deeper troubleshooting.

If a case ends up with ARN, the General Complaints Board, we follow their recommendation.

When you shop at Tibber Store we store personal information where it is necessary to be able to send your order to the correct delivery address, charge and be able to contact you. According to the PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to access the information we have registered on you and if you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you may request correction or removal from our customer register. We have a cooperation with Klarna and use the Klarna Checkout service. By accepting our terms of sale, you also agree to the terms of use of Klarna Checkout. Tibber AB and Klarna process your personal data in order to offer you a simplified payment via Klarna Checkout and to be able to simplify the payment process further the next time you use Klarna's services.
